About VOIP
VOIP means Voice over Internet Protocol or Voice over Internet.
This means that your telephone call is routed to a traditional phone carrier via the internet.
How does this work?
We've illustrated the process of how we route your calls through the Internet below.

1.) The customer is provided with an adapter that connects to thier standard analog telephone.
2.)
The adapter converts the analog phone signal from the phone to a digital signal that can be
routed over the internet through your High Speed Internet Cable or DSL modem.
3.)
The call is routed to our call center as a digital signal and then is converted back to a analog
signal and routed to its destination via traditional phone carriers.
